It takes a village to drive value based care outcomes. Our Northstar focus helps us align with our clients goals to ensure that the tools and services we are delivering are making a difference on the frontlines for our clients to be able to move the needle on changing healthcare for good.

We embody this by making Northstar the center of all our client conversations, tracking Northstar metrics with our clients, and resting our own success on our client’s success in meeting their metrics. By working with our clients over the years to help them reach success, the Garage has identified clinical and financial objectives that can cut across organizational types and truly move the needle effectively and efficiently to transform healthcare. In entering into the Garage world of North Star, each area connects to a variety of apps and workflows within the Bridge platform. North Star metrics can represent either productivity based or outcomes based performance indicators. We have both categories to support clients in various stages of the adoption and implementation of processes to accomplish their North Star goals.
