Coordinator, Customer Success

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to help craft customer success strategies. In this role, the person will be responsible for client onboarding, implementation, training, and product adoption and will act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams throughout the product life cycle, including standard platform operations like data updates and version upgrades. This person must understand key population health management workflows, the data, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process. Candidates must have 1-2 years project coordination experience in healthcare IT, experience with healthcare data, customer success experience and be proficient in various customer engagement techniques. Population health management experience a plus. This role requires strong communication and strategic skills; proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office 360, and Asana are preferred. This person must be a proactive multitasker with excellent organizational skills. This is a hybrid role based out of Orlando, FL. Candidate must be Orlando-based or willing to relocate to Orlando.

Director, Market Development & Growth

Reporting to the SVP of Market Development & Growth, this full-time role is a high-impact opportunity to lead and expand The Garage's most strategic client relationships. We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across health systems, ACOs, payers, and other partners, driving growth through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value creation. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, product, and marketing teams, build tailored account growth plans, and represent The Garage in executive-level engagements. You should bring at least 7 years of experience in growth or strategic account management, ideally in healthcare SaaS, health tech, or value-based care, along with a proven track record of managing complex deals, building executive relationships, and consistently meeting revenue targets. Familiarity with risk-bearing entities, payment innovation, and population health is strongly preferred. At The Garage, you'll join a mission-driven team committed to changing healthcare for good... one community at a time. This role is based remotely in the U.S. or in Orlando, Florida.

Senior Platform Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our Platform Engineering crew to design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform solutions while integrating AI-enabled IDEs and development tools to drive innovation and productivity. The ideal candidate has 5-6 years of experience delivering production-quality software, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Windsurf, and is proficient in C#, SQL Server, and the ASP.NET MVC Framework with experience in APIs and distributed systems. Recommended additional skills include Python, Docker, and AirFlow. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, proven collaboration across teams, mentoring experience, and a passion for continuous learning and staying current with platform engineering and AI development trends. This role is based out of Orlando, Florida.
